Treasury Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Treasury team to create Co-lending, Direct Assignment (DA), and Securitization pools, portfolio cuts, and static pools, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary, responsive point of contact for the Treasury team to resolve queries related to loan-level data cuts and pool analytics.
• Apply a structured approach to validate data integrity, run cross-checks, and ensure robust control standards across large financial datasets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E/BTech/MSc
• 2 years of experience in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python, with proven comfort working with large, complex loan-level datasets.
• Working knowledge of lending terminology, securitization processes, and retail/SME portfolio metrics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to coordinate effectively across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Sharp analytical thinking with a high focus on data accuracy and quality control.
