The Treasury Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the companyu2019s global treasury operations by ensuring accurate cash visibility, disciplined execution of payments, and strong financial controls.

n

This role is responsible for daily liquidity management, payment execution, bank administration, and cash forecasting support, forming the operational backbone of the treasury function. The position enables reliable financial decision-making and supports the organizationu2019s broader objectives around liquidity management, risk mitigation, and scalability.

Responsibilities

n

Daily Cash & Liquidity Management

n

n
• Prepare and maintain daily cash position across all bank accounts
n
• Monitor cash balances, movements, and liquidity levels
n
• Execute intercompany transfers and funding activities
n
• Investigate and resolve cash variances
n

n

Cash Forecasting Support

n

n
• Compile inputs from AP, AR, Payroll, and FP&A
n
• Maintain and update cash forecasting data and models
n
• Track and analyze variance vs. forecast
n

n

Reconciliation & Data Integrity

n

n
• Perform bank reconciliations between bank statements and internal records
n
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
n
• Ensure completeness, integrity, and accuracy of treasury data
n
• Support improvements in forecast accuracy
n

n

Payments Execution & Controls

n

n
• Execute domestic and cross-border payments (wires, ACH, etc.)
n
• Ensure adherence to payment controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties
n
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transactions
n
• Support fraud prevention and audit readiness
n

n

Bank Account & Treasury Administration

n

n
• Maintain bank accounts, signatories, and access controls
n
• Manage banking platforms and user permissions
n
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
n
• Support bank relationship coordination
n

n

Debt & Treasury Support

n

n
• Execute interest payments and support debt-related transactions
n

n

Assist with debt tracking, schedules, and reporting

n

Qualifications

n

n
• Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
n
• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting
n
• Experience in cash management, payments, or reconciliations preferred
n

n

Technical Skills

n

n
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) u2013 required
n
• Experience with ERP systems Workday - required
n
• Familiarity with banking platforms and payment systems
n
• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) - nice to have
n
• Experience with data/reporting tools
n
