Travel Sales Executive Bali | Vietnam | Australia | B2B Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Handle quotations, itineraries, and pricing for Bali, Vietnam, or Australia, ensuring competitive and customized proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global B2B travel clients and partners through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Acquire new clients, convert prospects into business, and develop existing accounts to drive repeat bookings and long-term relationships.
• Leverage strong destination and product knowledge to recommend suitable travel solutions and close bookings effectively.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities and consistently following up with clients.
• Ensure high standards of client servicing, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction throughout the booking journey.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong destination and product knowledge of Bali, Vietnam, or Australia.
• Experience in B2B travel sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing abilities.
• Ability to prepare competitive quotations and customized travel solutions.
• Strong business development skills with a focus on acquiring new clients and generating repeat business.
• Quick thinking, problem-solving ability, and a strong presence of mind.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related tools/platforms.
