Travel Sales Executive

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine travel needs
• Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel arrangements
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, currency, weather, and local customs.
• Tailor travel packages and create custom itineraries to meet client preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, safety regulations, and promotions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, changes, or issues before, during, and after travel.
• Maintain client records and process payments, refunds, and travel documents.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Minimum graduation required with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and travel logistics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell travel products and services.
