Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented freshers to join our team as Travel Sales Consultants. The role involves handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, recommending suitable holiday packages, and converting leads into bookings.

MBA candidates, especially candidates with a specialization in Marketing/Sales, are preferred. However, candidates from other educational backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming travel enquiries and leads.

- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.

- Recommend suitable holiday packages and travel experiences.

- Prepare and explain travel itineraries and quotations.

- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and customer service.

- Stay updated on destinations, packages, offers, and travel trends.

- Graduates from any stream can apply.

- Strong interest in Travel & Sales.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
