Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in UK Travel Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to provide travel solutions.
  
• Utilize GDS systems (Galileo/Amadeus) to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.
  
• Create personalized holiday packages for customers based on their preferences and budget.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in B2C travel sales or related field.
  
• Proficiency in using GDS systems such as Galileo/Amadeus.
  
• Strong knowledge of travel process including flight schedules, airfare rules, and ticketing procedures.
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
