Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Sales Consultant with experience in selling International Holiday Packages. The candidate should have strong destination knowledge and a proven track record in converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and partner networks.
• Sell international holiday packages and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide complete information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, visas, and travel requirements.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and travel partners.
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth post-booking service.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and adhere to company processes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2C travel sales.
• Mandatory experience in selling Europe and other long-haul international destinations such as USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Scandinavia.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of international travel, visa processes, and itinerary planning.
• Target-driven with strong lead conversion and closing abilities.
