Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX. This role is responsible for advising clients on travel options, creating customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements including transportation, accommodations, and activities. The consultant will handle reservations, process bookings, and resolve any issues or changes in travel plans. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, recommending travel packages and upgrades, and maintaining accurate records in booking systems. The role also involves meeting sales targets, staying current on travel trends and promotions, and collaborating with team members to improve service offerings.
