• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to sell travel packages.
  
• Provide expert advice on holiday packages, tour packages, itineraries, tours, and hotel bookings.
  
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using computer systems.
  
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to upsell relevant services to customers.
