About this role
Iceland Nature Tours is looking for a motivated Online Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our bookings and online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Find new clients and generate more tour bookings.
- Upload, manage, and optimize our tours on booking and travel platforms
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media.
- Create engaging posts, videos, Reels, and promotional content.
- Run and optimize Google and social media advertising.
- Build relationships with travel agencies, hotels, influencers, and other partners.
- Improve SEO, online visibility, and customer reviews.
- Research competitors and identify new sales opportunities.
- Track marketing performance, leads, bookings, and results.
Requirements:
* Experience in digital marketing, social media, and online sales.
* Excellent English communication and writing skills.
* Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, and content creation.
* Sales-minded, creative, organized, and able to work independently.
* Tourism/travel marketing experience is a strong advantage.
The main goal of this position is to bring new customers, increase bookings, and grow Iceland Nature Tours.
