Travel Operations Management

Position: Manager/ Assistant Manager, Operations

Location: Rajasthan Tours Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Employment Type: Full-Time, On Site.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations & bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport team & vendors, clients, guides, drivers, and manage sightseeing services.
• Prepare itineraries & operational documents.
• Ensure smooth tour execution & deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate booking records & service confirmations.
• Handle changes, last-minute requirements & operational issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Knowledge of Rajasthan Tourism & Destinations.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in travel & tourism.
• Fluency in English & Hindi.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and email communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple and last-minute assignments when required.
