Travel & Expense Transformation Consultant

Assess current state: policies, processes, spend, agency landscape, expense tools/contracts, and entity-specific legal/tax variations.

Design a global travel operating model covering request, approval, booking, reimbursement, and compliance reporting.

Improve policy compliance through controls, monitoring, KPIs and dashboards.

Drive cost optimization via booking behavior, preferred suppliers and demand management.

Strengthen the approval & control framework, including exceptions management.

Harmonize expense tooling evaluate platforms and present options with cost/risk trade-offs.

Deliver a future-state roadmap covering agencies, booking tools, workflows, and system integration Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

An experienced T&E Consultant is needed to review the current travel and expense ecosystem booking processes, approvals, agencies, expense tools, policy controls and traveller- behaviour and design a scalable, compliant and cost-efficient framework across BICS, TeleSign and Route Mobile.

Requirement:

5+ years in Travel Management, Procurement, Expense Management or T&E Transformation

Track record designing/optimising global travel programmes in multinationals

Strong grasp of travel policy governance and compliance controls

Experience with global TMCs (Amex GBT, CWT, BCD, FCM, Egencia/Navan) and expense platforms (Concur, Coupa, Emburse, Ramp, Pleo, etc.)

Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations
