Title: Travel & Expense Reconciliation Analysts

Pay Rate: ₹7-9 LPA

Location: Pune (Clover Park Society 3, Viman Nagar Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411014)

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office: Wednesday & Thursday)

Shift: 9-hour shifts within a 12 PM-12 AM IST window

Start Date: September 7

Must Haves:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in Finance, T&E Operations, AP, or Reconciliations
• Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP
• Experience with Concur expense management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Logical and critical thinking abilities
• Working knowledge of AppZen or similar audit/compliance tools

Pluses:

• MBA or Master's Degree
• Experience supporting global T&E programs
• Process improvement or compliance background

Job Summary

The PeopleSoft ERP Reconciliation Analyst will support Travel & Expense operations by processing high-volume transactions, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring the integrity of financial data across expense and ERP systems. This individual will work closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, and T&E stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, investigate exceptions, and support compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume T&E transactions within PeopleSoft.
• Perform reconciliations between Concur, corporate card programs, and PeopleSoft.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and exceptions.
• Validate transaction accuracy and support month-end financial activities.
• Partner with Finance and AP teams to resolve data issues.
• Support audit and compliance inquiries related to expense transactions.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Maintain data quality and support ongoing system governance initiatives.
