Travel Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international flight bookings.
• Assist customers in finding suitable and competitive flight options based on their travel requirements.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, baggage, travel dates, and airline policies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent pre- and post-booking support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth ticketing and customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with experience in travel, airline ticketing, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
• Knowledge of international/domestic flight booking and GDS systems such as Amadeus is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented, confident, and willing to learn.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset may also apply.
