Travel Desk Executive

Travel Planning and Booking:

Manage end-to-end travel plans for all employees travel requirements for

domestic / international , including airlines, trains, bus, cabs ,hotels and

visa.

Coordinate with employees to understand their travel needs and

preferences.

Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and

budgets.

Communicate travel arrangements and updates to employees. 

Handle emergency changes or cancellations professionally and

efficiently. 

Knowledge of working on self booking portals.

Vendor Management:

Source and maintain relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels,

etc.).

Negotiate best rates & contracts with vendors for all travel bookings. 

Ensure vendors meet quality and service standards. 

Visa and Documentation:

Handle visa queries and related formalities for employees. 

Reporting and Administration:

Good knowledge of working on Excel , Google sheets & email drafting.

Prepare and maintain accurate travel MIS on daily basis.

Check invoices & manage vendor payments & maintain MIS.

Manage and resolve employee feedback regarding travel arrangements. 

Other requirements:

Bachelor's degree & equivalent experience in travel management.

Previous experience in a travel-related role is preferred.

Knowledge of travel industry and regulations.

Proficiency in travel booking systems.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service (Verbal &

Written). 

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
