- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel requests for Pan India locations
- Flight Booking
- Train Booking
- Cab Booking
- Bus Booking
- Process and enter invoices with proper approval / authorized signature
- GRN Entry for each invoice in SAP
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS related to Travel Desk
- Coordinate closely with Sales Team and other departments
- Experience Required:
- Experience in Travel Desk Company or Corporate Office (Travel Desk Department)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP (GRN Entry) preferred
