About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    Who You'll Work With

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.

In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.

When you join us, you will have:

    • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
    • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
    • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
    • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.

    Your Impact

You will join our Travel Team to take full ownership of our local travel operations, serving as the true linchpin of a program that ensures seamless, cost-effective, and highly efficient travel services for our colleagues.

You will manage everything from high-volume daily hotel bookings and ad-hoc rate negotiations to complex group events, while also providing dedicated weekend support for our senior colleagues. You will act as the primary liaison bridging hotels, AMEX GBT, and internal teams to skillfully manage urgent escalations, operational reviews, and booking approvals.

Beyond day-to-day logistics, you will exercise significant financial oversight by auditing thousands of monthly invoices, analyzing rate data to uncover valuable cost-saving opportunities, and sharing performance reports with global stakeholders.

Your expertise will also drive essential project management initiatives like hotel onboarding and accurate rate loading in our booking tools, while your guidance in new-hire travel orientations and HR program support will set our colleagues up for success. Ultimately, your comprehensive oversight will be the key to guaranteeing seamless travel experiences, rigorous cost optimization, and strict policy compliance across our firm's travel operations.

    Your Qualifications and Skills

    • 4+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience, preferably in travel coordination, hospitality, vendor management, or administrative support
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and firm-related tools (Box, Slack).
    • Broad skillset across relevant coordination and communication service lines and platforms
    • Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially, managing and prioritizing deadlines effectively
    • Ability to influence and direct vendors, and manage the needs of different internal stakeholders, including senior leaders
    • Ability to distill complex logistical or operational datasets into clear, actionable updates
    • Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)
    • Effective communication skills across formats (e.g., written, verbal/presentation, email-ready content)
    • Fluency level language skills in verbal and written English
