Job Summary

We are looking for candidates for the Airlines Refunds process who have strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and an interest in the airline and travel industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for processing airline ticket refund requests, reviewing booking and ticket details, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer requests in accordance with airline policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process airline ticket refund requests in accordance with airline policies and fare rules.
• Review passenger details, PNRs, ticket information, cancellation details, and refund eligibility.
• Handle refund calculations, applicable cancellation charges, and penalties wherever required.
• Verify ticket status and booking details before initiating refund transactions.
• Coordinate with airline teams, travel agencies, and internal departments to resolve refund-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of refund transactions and supporting documentation.
• Follow established turnaround times, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Identify discrepancies in refund amounts or ticket details and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Respond to refund-related queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and booking information.
• Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from a recognized university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to understand and follow process guidelines.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks within deadlines.
• Candidates with prior airline, travel, ticketing, or refunds experience will have an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners only.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing and refund procedures.
• Familiarity with PNRs, fare rules, ticket cancellations, and refund calculations.
• Exposure to GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
• Understanding of airline policies and travel industry processes.
• Customer service orientation and a willingness to learn.
