Travel Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to provide travel-related assistance.
• Process bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using Amadeus system.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and policies to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in Sales environment (freshers can apply).
• Flexible Timings
• Proficiency in English language skills (reading comprehension, writing, speaking).
• Basic knowledge of air ticketing processes and procedures. (we will train)
