Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur. In this role, the consultant manages day-to-day travel inquiries, advises customers on destinations, routes, and travel options, and prepares customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transportation, and tours; handling reservations and booking confirmations; and providing timely customer support before, during, and after travel. The consultant maintains accurate records of bookings, communicates clearly with vendors and clients, and helps resolve travel-related issues to ensure a smooth, satisfying experience for travelers.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and plan complete travel solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for transport, accommodation, and related services.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, understand their needs, and resolve concerns.
• Familiarity with booking platforms, GDS or travel software, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online research).
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Prior experience in travel or hospitality is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, collaborate with team members, and maintain a client-focused, ethical approach to service.
