Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations
• Design and present customized international itineraries
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and partners for bookings and quotes
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
• Deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure a smooth client experience

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry
• Prior experience working with international destinations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Direct sales experience with a proven ability to convert leads into bookings
• Passion for travel and genuine interest in curating memorable experiences for clients
