Work Mode: Rotational shifts, including weekends and nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Plan and coordinate flights, hotels, trips, and travel services.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport and other vendors.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and on-trip issues.
• Provide proactive updates and ensure a seamless premium customer experience.
• Follow SOPs and escalate issues when required.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve workflow and service delivery.

Requirements:

• 16years of experience in travel, itinerary, or customer operations preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good travel planning and attention to detail.
• Strong ownership and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Passion for travel and delivering personalized customer experiences.
