Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers' travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Handle international holiday packages, flight bookings, hotels, transfers, and other travel arrangements.
• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer information.
  

Requirements

• 15 years of relevant experience in Travel Sales, Tour Operations, Ticketing, or a related travel role.
• Good knowledge of international travel destinations and holiday packages.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to handle sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
• IATA certification/course is preferred.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
