Travel Consultant/ Sr. Travel Consultant/Ticketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle International and Domestic Air Reservations & Ticketing.
• Manage PNR creation, modifications, and itinerary management.
• Provide accurate fare quotations and pricing for clients.
• Issue tickets using GDS systems and ensure correct routing.
• Manage reservation requests through calls and emails.
• Coordinate directly with corporate clients and respond to queries promptly.
• Manage urgent and last-minute travel arrangements.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with airline policies and travel guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience handling emergency travel service requests.
• Excellent knowledge of Air Reservations and Ticketing processes.
• Ability to provide quick fare solutions during urgent travel situations.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems:
• Amadeus
• Galileo
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
