Travel Consultant Sales

Role & Responsibilities

MyHappyJourney is looking for enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join our sales team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through website, Google Ads, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.
• Recommend and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
• Prepare customised tour itineraries and price quotations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Sell Kerala, Goa, Kashmir, Singapore, Dubai, Bali and other holiday packages.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and the operations team.
• Maintain lead details and follow-up records in our CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in travel sales, holiday packages, telesales or customer handling is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
• Positive attitude, negotiation skills and a willingness to achieve sales targets.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
