Travel Consultant - Sales & Operations

GPK Vacations Private Limited is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant - Sales & Operations to join our growing team on a full-time, work-from-home basis.

We are looking for a travel professional with strong destination knowledge, customer-handling skills, sales capability and operational expertise, with the ability to manage travel requirements professionally from enquiry through to trip completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and expectations.

* Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, experiences and travel options.

* Develop customized domestic and international itineraries.

* Prepare package costing and professional quotations.

* Manage customer communication, follow-ups and booking discussions.

* Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel partners.

* Manage booking confirmations and travel documentation.

* Assist customers with visa requirements and documentation.

* Coordinate pre-departure arrangements and customer support.

* Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the CRM.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.

* Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

* Good understanding of holiday packages, hotels and travel services.

* Practical knowledge of visa requirements and documentation.

* Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

* Experience in itinerary planning, package costing and quotation preparation.

* Strong follow-up, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to independently manage multiple customer requirements.

* Strong attention to detail, accountability and ownership.

* Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage.
