Travel Consultant - After-Hours / Emergency Support

Handle after-hours and emergency travel requirements including bookings, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, airline schedule changes and IROP situations.

• The role requires strong knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, GDS, fare construction and BSP processes, along with the ability to manage queues, suppliers and urgent customer requests while maintaining SLA and quality standards.
