Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage travel expenses, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars using SABRE GDS system.
  
• Prepare accurate and timely expense reports for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of expenses to identify areas of improvement and implement cost savings measures.
  
• Collaborate with procurement team to negotiate rates and terms with vendors for better deals.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems (SAP) for efficient processing of expenses.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Travel & Expense management or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
  
• Proficiency in preparing expense reports, analyzing data, controlling costs, managing inventory, and working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
