Role & responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries based on budget and preferences.
• Handle travel inquiries, calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
• Manage booking changes and customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in Travel/Tourism/Travel Sales.
• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong destination and travel package knowledge.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented.
• Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism background is a plus.
