Position: Customer Service Executive Travel Process

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Customer Service
• Mandatory knowledge of GDS systems and Amadeus
• Sabre knowledge will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to travel bookings and reservations
• Assist customers with ticketing, changes, cancellations, and travel support
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining process quality standards

Salary

• Up to 8 LPA

Work Details

• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Offs

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates with international travel process experience will be preferred
