Transportation Specialist

A. Dispatch Management

• Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely loading, unloading, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, clients, drivers, and transport vendors.
• Prepare dispatch schedules, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other required documents.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve dispatch delays, shortages, and delivery-related issues.
• Maintain accurate dispatch registers, shipment records, and proof of delivery (POD).

B. Transportation & Fleet Management

• Arrange vehicles according to shipment volume, route, delivery location, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters, fleet owners, and drivers for vehicle placement and availability.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, trip schedules, turnaround time, and freight expenses.
