Transportation Executive

Transportation Operations Coordinate daily transportation activities and vehicle movements. Plan and schedule routes to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off operations. Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize transportation efficiency. Ensure smooth coordination between drivers, staff, and management. Fleet Management Maintain records of vehicles, fuel usage, service schedules, and permits. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and periodic servicing. Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and legal requirements. Monitor vehicle cleanliness and overall condition. Driver Coordination Supervise and coordinate drivers schedules and assignments. Ensure drivers follow company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards. Track attendance, duty timings, and driver performance. Address transportation-related issues and emergencies promptly. Administrative Support Maintain transportation logs, reports, and operational documentation. Monitor transportation expenses and support cost-control initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required. Prepare daily and monthly transportation reports. Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with transportation and road safety regulations. Implement safety procedures and emergency response protocols. Conduct regular inspections to maintain operational standards. Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or related field preferred. Previous experience in transportation, fleet management, or operations coordination is an advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Knowledge of route planning and transportation coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
