Transport Security Manager (Escort Guarding Operations)

The Transport Security Manager is responsible for managing corporate ground transportation security operations, including employee transport escorts, guarding services, route security, vendor management, operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transport security operations for employee shuttle, escort, and guarding services.
• Oversee deployment and performance of transport escorts and security guards.
• Oversee service-level compliance.
• Conduct route risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Investigate transport-related security incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and local law enforcement as required.
• Monitor operational compliance, guard attendance, and service quality.
• Develop and maintain transport security SOPs, emergency response procedures, and escalation protocols.
• Prepare operational metrics, incident reports, and management reviews.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 710 years of experience in transport security.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale escort guarding operations.
• Strong understanding of employee transportation security, shift operations, and incident management.
• Experience managing security vendors and contract workforce.
• Knowledge of transport operations, route planning, GPS tracking, and security controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office and security reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
