### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Employee Transport Router to manage and optimize corporate transportation operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in route planning, roster management, vehicle deployment, and MoveInSync.

### Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily employee transport routes.
• Manage rosters, pickups, drops, and trip scheduling.
• Monitor live operations, delays, and route deviations.
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, employees, and internal teams.
• Handle transport escalations and employee queries.
• Monitor OTA, fleet utilization, and service-level metrics.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support 24/7 rotational shift operations and shift handovers.
