Transport Manager

Manage and supervise school bus drivers, attendants, and other transport personnel.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, conduct, discipline, and performance.
Ensure all buses are maintained in safe, clean, and roadworthy condition.
Coordinate regular servicing, preventive maintenance, inspections, and breakdown management.
Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all statutory documents, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and other compliance requirements
Conduct regular checks and audits of buses, drivers, attendants, and transport procedures.
Identify operational gaps and implement measures to improve safety, efficiency, service quality, and cost management.
