Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain driver records and coordinate driver sourcing.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, permits, licences, and renewals.
- Handle transporter bills, invoices, and payment processing.
- Prepare diesel, fuel, FASTag, BPCL, and LGPS reports.
- Generate E-way bills and maintain transport documentation.
- Manage GPS tracking and fleet management software.
- Prepare vehicle-wise MIS, salary sheets, and bank sheets.
- Verify petty cash vouchers and coordinate with the operations team.
Required Skills: Fleet Management, Transport Operations, RTO Documentation, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, GPS Tracking, MIS Reporting, and Driver Coordination.
