Transport Coordinator

Authorized to take actions to reduce the risk in consultation with safety committee members and EHS executive
• Monitoring and reporting any issues like accidents, safety concerns or license issues
• Overseeing timely delivery of goods, maintaining delivery schedules and ensuring deliveries are met tracking the delivery process & providing the information to the customer ensuring cost-effective transportation of goods monitoring and reporting any issues like accidents, safety concerns or license issues undertaking transportation paperwork assist the transport manager in daily activities responsible for arrangement of vehicles & follow up for responsible for make necessary rout planning for the time effectiveness
• Responsible for all the necessary paper works & renewals of vehicles in time
• Responsible for assigning job responsibilities of transportation team on daily basis
• Responsible for hiring vehicles for local & up country as per requirement
• Responsible for monthly meeting with vendor & work on achieving the desired result in line with company standard
• Responsible for reporting product related complaint (s) to QA, RM, KAC, AI & principal
• Responsible for achievement of EHS objectives
• Responsible for vendor (vehicle hiring) bill follow up & checking
