Experience: 7-8 years in cane transport, fleet management, logistics, or a related field
Salary: USD 2,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cane Transport & Fleet Manager to manage sugarcane transportation and the company's vehicle fleet. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient cane movement from farms to the sugar mill while maintaining fleet availability, controlling transportation costs, and ensuring safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sugarcane transportation from farms to the sugar mill.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle deployment, routes, and transport schedules.
• Manage trucks, tractors, trailers, and other transport equipment.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, and operating costs.
• Coordinate with cane development, harvesting, and mill operations teams.
• Ensure timely cane delivery and minimize transportation delays.
• Supervise drivers, transport staff, and fleet operations.
• Maintain fleet records, transport documentation, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, traffic, and company regulations.

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in cane transport, fleet management, or logistics, preferably in the sugar industry.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
• Experience managing drivers and transport teams.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a field-based and fast-paced environment.
