Transplant Coordinator Urology & Nephrology

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate kidney transplant cases, including pre-transplant evaluation and post-transplant follow-up.
• Liaise with patients, families, doctors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain transplant records and ensure compliance with applicable transplant regulations and hospital protocols.
• Coordinate investigations, documentation, and transplant-related procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in a relevant discipline; healthcare background preferred.
• Relevant experience in nephrology, urology, or kidney transplant coordination preferred.
• Mandatory: Completed Transplant Coordinator Training Course from NOTTO, MOHAN Foundation, or another recognised training provider
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
