Transition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the transition of business processes from one system to another, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
• Develop and implement effective project plans for process migrations, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies for knowledge sharing during transitions.
• Ensure seamless handover of responsibilities between teams through clear communication and documentation.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in business transition, process transition, or related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry operations and regulations (e.g., EYE).
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to create detailed project plans and monitor progress.
