Transition Leader - CMT

• Candidate Expectations: 15-17+ years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in the BPO/outsourcing industry.
• Minimum 7-8 years of strong transition management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex transitions.
• Mandatory experience working with a leading international BPO / global outsourcing organization.
• Strong experience in end-to-end transition management, preferably across multiple processes, geographies and/or locations.
• Proven experience in managing multiple transitions simultaneously.
• Strong project/program management experience at a managerial or senior-management level within an outsourcing environment.

Detailed Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end transition programs from initial planning and solution design through execution, migration, stabilization and handover to operations.
• Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, governance structures and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful execution of transitions within agreed timelines, quality parameters and business objectives.
• Manage multiple transitions/programs concurrently, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.
• Act as a Transition expert during client solutioning, due diligence, transition planning and process re-engineering initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define transition strategy, scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.
• Lead transition governance with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and change requests throughout the transition lifecycle.
• Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer, documentation, process readiness, resource readiness and operational preparedness before go-live.
• Monitor transition performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, milestones and project plans and take corrective action where required.
• Drive process improvement, standardization and re-engineering opportunities as part of transition and transformation initiatives.
