About this role
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation developer for our AI platform. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications that redefine how professional services are delivered.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Automation Design and Development: Design and build robust automation solutions for marketing
- System Optimization: Enhance data retrieval from structured/unstructured sources, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability. Interact with AI programming IDEs like Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and Antigravity to improve productivity without sacrificing standards or vibe-coding unmaintainable code
- Experienced with calling LLMs through code, Azure AI Search
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including domain experts and product managers, to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers to foster technical growth within the team.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in software development to continuously elevate our technical capabilities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years at Big 4 consulting organization or media agency.
- 6+ years of professional experience in marketing automation leveraging AI such as Claude for Marketing, including deploying production-grade applications.
- 3+ years marketing automation experience
- Mastery of Python. (you will be tested)
- Advanced using Claude or Google Gemini developing automated processes
- Strong understanding of backend and API development, database design, and software architecture patterns.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills are required
- Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Disciplined and professional work ethic
- Respect and empathy for team members
- Ability to work under pressure
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
