Transformation Lead
Role Transformation Lead Reporting to CSO Type Full-Time Location Worli, Mumbai (Hybrid)
THE KIND OF WORK YOU'LL SHAPE Kulfi is 18 months into building KulfiOS - an agentic operating layer across six creative blocks: Intelligence, Strategy, Creative, Production, Distribution, and Analysis. The infrastructure is in motion. What's missing is the person who owns the loop.Use cases are being built. Teams have AI Champions. But adoption is ad hoc, progress is scattered, and nobody is tracking what's actually working. This role fixes that.
THE ROLE The Transformation Lead is more operator than consultant. You'll be in the work - coordinating builds, running adoption sessions, pressure-testing specs. You'll lead a small central team with personal coverage across 2 to 3 blocks, and coordinate the rest through Deployed PMs. Your job is to move use cases from idea to deployment, make sure each team's AI Champion has what they need, and be honest about what is working and what isn't.
WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE Use Case Library
- Own the maturity ladder - drive cases from L0 to L4, not just track where they sit
- Run the weekly cadence: check-ins, cross-block workplan reviews, build prioritisation with the core transformation team
- Surface blockers early and escalate when a team is stuck
Adoption
- Own the mechanics that make adoption happen across all blocks: demos, training, debugging, tracking
- Co-own adoption and solutioning with each block's AI Champion
Solutioning and Deployment
- Design deployment approach for each use case - from pilot to production
- Identify where existing modules can be reused before scoping new builds
- Run client-facing app demos for customer products coming out of KulfiOS
Build Coordination
- Project-manage builds with Engineering - keep specs clean, timelines intact, deployment smooth
- Translate domain knowledge from AI Champions into specs Engineering can act on
- Feed product gaps, edge cases, and usability issues back to the build team
Stakeholder Management
- Run the weekly loop across block leads, AI Champions, and Engineering
- Present progress to leadership, external clients, investors, and thought leaders
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
- KulfiOS is real and already moving - you're stepping into a live transformation, not a planning exercise
- You'll have direct influence across every function in the company, not just one block
- The role comes with a mandate - and the access - to actually make things change
- Phase 2 scope will be shaped by what Phase 1 reveals, which means the person in this seat will help define what comes next
WHO YOU ARE
- 8+ years in transformation, large-scale program management, or consulting - with real delivery behind you
- You've built and run systems: a cadence, a tracking process, an outcome-based dashboard - not just used someone else's
- Comfortable moving between creative domain experts, engineers, and senior leadership without losing the thread
- Hands-on with AI tools - you understand what agentic systems can and can't do in practice, not just in theory
- Willing to do the unglamorous parts: the spec rewrite, the re-demo, the debugging session, the adoption nudge
- Strong analytical instincts - you can tell what's working from the data, not just from the room
- Experience in a creative agency, brand, tech company, or AI-native org is a strong plus
BEFORE YOU APPLY This is a hit-the-ground-running role. There's no extended ramp and no one to hand-hold you on the fundamentals. You need to bring the program rigour, the stakeholder instinct, and the AI fluency yourself. It's a great fit if:

- You've managed stakeholders with competing priorities and found a way through
- You know the difference between a good process and one that exists to protect the person who built it
