Transformation Expert - Innovation & Simplification

Location: Mumbai / Chennai

Role Overview:

As part of CEVA's Global Transformation organization, you will act as a senior internal consultant, leading strategic transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional innovation programs, and supporting CEVA's global leadership in designing and executing high-impact change.

Total Experience: 10 - 15 years

What are you going to do?

- Diagnose, design, deliver, and scale high-impact transformation initiatives across business lines, products, support functions, and regions

- Partner with business leaders and Regional Heads to identify, define, and execute high-impact transformation programs

- Build enterprise-level transformation roadmaps, value-realization frameworks, KPIs, and execution plans

- Ensure alignment between global transformation programs and local execution

- Track project progress, risks, and value creation; ensure sustainability and adoption of new ways of working

- Monitor logistics, supply chain, and technology trends including automation, AI, sustainability, digital platforms, and data analytics

- Benchmark CEVA's competitive positioning and identify opportunities to differentiate

- Produce quarterly insight reports and communicate key strategic implications to senior leadership

- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product teams, Tech, DDI, Transformation, and support functions

- Map, analyze, and redesign CEVA's key business processes to eliminate inefficiencies in a LEAN simplification mindset

- Prepare executive-level presentations and board-ready recommendation materials

- Contribute to CEVA's internal consulting methodologies, playbooks, frameworks, and tools

What are we looking for?

- 10+ years in top-tier consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big Four, or similar with proven delivery of multi-country, cross-functional transformation programs

- Strong exposure to logistics, supply chain, transportation, e-commerce, or large-scale operational environments is preferred

- Outstanding strategic problem-solving and analytical capability

- Expertise in process improvement, simplification, and LEAN methodologies is preferred

- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions

- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling executive-level materials
