Job Summary
Exp - 4-8 years
Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements for transformation projects;
- Prepare BRDs, SRS and process flows;
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements;
- Coordinate with business users and technology teams;
- Support impact analysis, issue tracking and delivery documentation;
- Prepare and execute manual test cases/UAT, record defects and use basic SQL for data validation;
- Capital-markets exposure preferred;
- billing/collections experience may also be relevant.
- Education - Relevant graduate or postgraduate qualification
