Transfer Pricing Specialist - Qualified CA

Location : Ahmedabad

Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Apply transfer pricing concepts, regulations, and financial knowledge to address client-specific requirements.
• Advise clients on existing and proposed transactions from a transfer pricing and regulatory perspective.
• Conduct transfer pricing benchmarking analyses, including comparable company searches and economic analysis.
• Prepare Transfer Pricing Study Reports, documentation, and other supporting reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with Transfer Pricing reporting and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and review Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports and Master File documentation in line with BEPS requirements.
• Assist clients in addressing transfer pricing-related matters and provide practical, commercially relevant solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of assignments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
• Prior experience in Transfer Pricing during Articleship will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing regulations, benchmarking, documentation, and BEPS requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; strong technology orientation preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a technology-driven and professional environment.
• Willingness to travel and work on out-of-town assignments as required.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
