Transcriber - General Transcription (Fresher & Experienced)

Role & responsibilities

• Transcribe audio files into written text using the company's online portal.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while completing assigned audio files.
• Meet monthly productivity targets and follow process guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of assigned audio files and information.
• Work towards improving typing speed and transcription accuracy.
• Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: HSC passed.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good attention to detail and typing accuracy.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Minimum age: 18 years.

Salary & Incentives

• Freshers: 15,000 in-hand per month.
• Experienced candidates: Salary up to 30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
• Performance-based incentives are available after achieving the applicable monthly productivity target. Additional incentives are provided for work completed above the monthly target.
• Salary revision after training/probation depends on individual performance.
• Incentives & Bonus as per the performance

Working Details

• Location: Thane, Mumbai.
• Work mode: Work from Office.
• Shift: Night Shift.
• Weekly off: Sunday and alternate Saturday as per roster.
• Overtime: Subject to availability.
