As a Transaction Finance Specialist in IT Mergers Acquisitions, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world leading acquisition and divestiture activities as part of the broader IT MA organization at Solventum.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting assigned IT MA transaction workstreams by developing plans, managing timelines, tracking dependencies, identifying risks, building and managing transaction budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, invoice tracking, settlement activities, and financial reporting for acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, separations, and TSA's
• Supporting IT due diligence, transaction planning, Transition Services Agreement (TSA) delivery, and TSA exit activities by partnering with IT functional teams to assess business requirements, and building financial models and analyses supporting one-time separation costs, ongoing run-rate costs, TSA pricing, recovery, stranded costs, synergy realization, transition investments, and value capture objectives throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Partnering with IT, Finance, IMO, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders to establish financial assumptions, validate cost estimates, manage financial governance processes, and ensure alignment between transaction objectives, operating plans, and funding requirements
• Driving financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and governance activities across complex acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, separations, and TSA programs, ensuring financial transparency, cost control, funding alignment, and executive decision support throughout the transaction lifecycle including actual versus forecast performance, resource requirements, value realization opportunities associated with transaction activities
• Supporting continuous improvement of IT MA financial management capabilities through refinement of acquisition and divestiture playbooks, financial tools, models, cost estimation methodology, governance, lessons learned, reporting mechanisms, and operational best practices to improve future transaction execution
