Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 3:00 AM

Transport: Free cab facility available

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Transaction Processing Representative to join our operations team. The role involves handling financial/transaction data, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Process transactions accurately and within defined timelines

Review, verify, and reconcile financial/transaction data

Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required

Maintain records in systems and databases

Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and SLA requirements

Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve queries

Contribute to process improvement and productivity initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)

Good typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel)

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Willingness to work early-morning shifts
