Job Summary:
We are hiring Transaction Processing Representatives to handle transaction/financial data with accuracy and ensure timely completion of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify transactions accurately.
• Review and reconcile financial/transaction data.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain records and update databases.
• Follow SLA, compliance, and process guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries.

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred.
• Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
• Basic MS Excel/MS Office skills.
• Good communication and numerical accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.
